Fairhaven's Seaport Inn Grill recently got a facelift.

There's nothing better than picking the perfect place to eat when indecisiveness takes over. I wanted to eat somewhere I haven't gone to in a while and it's safe tons are that I was shocked when I walked through the doors.

From the dining room to the bar, the difference is refreshingly modern and uplifting. The once dimly-lit "tavernesque" atmosphere has now transformed into a nautical and relaxing space that truly amplified the dining experience.

Wood flooring now replaced the old faded carpet and more table were added were  servers station once stood.

The bar was completely transformed to a sleek granite top instead of the copper base, complete with a wine rack, wine chiller and new refrigeration for beer and cold products.

At one point, the bar only had beer bottles and cans. Now, you can enjoy six different beers on tap from IPA's to American classics.

Wooden beams replaced crossed metal wires that were (in my opinion) an eye-sore, adding a rustic touch to the room.

An old antique basketball scoreboard from Tabor Academy in Marion that use to cover the wall was replaced with a handcrafted wooden clock.

As for the menu, it still remains the same for the most part, but management tells Fun 107 that their Summer menu is on it's way.
