Dunkin’ Should Create a Group of DunKueens
The orange tracksuits, the hats, the iced coffees, the accents, and of course, the cameos. The team at Dunkin' created a masterpiece with their first DunKings commercial last year.
While I thoroughly enjoy these commercials, I can't help but think where are the DunKueens? The Dunkin Queens. A group of Massachusetts ladies who could rival or team up with the men. Hear me out.
Premiering during Super BowlLVIII, the original featured Ben Affleck and his then-wife J.Lo starring alongside the likes of Jack Harlow, Matt Damon and the G.O.A.T., Tom Brady.

Fans React to Dunkin' The DunKings Commercial
Fans of the ad quickly took to social media to express their admiration which was then followed by the purchasing (and sell out) of tracksuits and hats and tens of thousands of views on YouTube.
As of today, the "Don't Dunk Away At My Heart" video has nearly five million views.
Another Dunkin' DunKings Commercial Hits Hard
It's been over a year since the inception of the DunKings and since then fans have been clamoring for more from the Massachusetts-based coffee company. This February, they got it in the form of DunKings 2: The Movie.
There were many versions of this commercial ranging in length and starring Ben and Casey Affleck. They also feature stars like Jeremy Strong, Jay and Silent Bob, Donnie Wahlberg and former Patriots coach Bill Belichick.

Massachusetts Ladies, Unite!
While watching these captivating commercials, I thought to myself, wouldn't it be awesome if there was a girl version? A group of local ladies who would give the DunKings a run for their money.
Think about it, imagine Amy Poehler, who's from Newton, pulling up to a Dunks for a medium iced regulah.
Or Rachel Dratch, a Lexington native, screaming at someone in the drive-thru in an accent she channeled quite frequently alongside a young Jimmy Fallon during their time on SNL.
Then Jennifer Coolidge walks up because the sweet smell of frosting makes her want a donut real bad.
Maybe there's a shot of Ellen Pompeo witnessing a jelly donut be squished and she says something like "we lost it" in her best Meredith Grey voice.
Or Elizabeth Banks, she's hilarious. I'm sure she would rock a bright orange outfit. Better yet, maybe the DunKueens wear the bright pink from Dunkin's logo.
They'd ask Mindy Kaling to be part of in one commercial, but they can't convince her.
Meghan Trainor sings in their band, but she gets the boot because she's too good.
Nancy and Steve Carell pop in and they're pulled by the Kings and Kueens to join their respective groups, but really all they wanted was a box of munchkins.
Clearly I've given this too much thought, but I think we've got something here. If Super Bowl LX in 2026 features a DunKueens commercial, I expect some royalties.
