Diners Drive-Ins and Dives Helps Me Find A Great New Spot

One thing I love to do with my daughter Abby is watch the very popular "Diners Drive Ins and Dives". We came across an episode that had a couple Boston restaurants on it. One looked so good that I was inspired to break my routine of sticking to what I know to venture out to Boston and eat at Italian Express Pizzeria.

What I found here was not only the best Italian food around, but a restaurant owner who is like none other. Jim Iannuzzi greeted us the moment we walked in. My daughter knew who he was the minute we got there from seeing him on TV.

Jim came to our table to talk with us, took our order and was even seen clearing other tables during our stay there. The food was OUTSTANDING and the hospitality was top notch.

I guess my point of this blog is this. Discovering new things, and going outside the routine can yield some great things. Sure, I found a great new place to eat, but also met some great new people.
