Dighton Man Arrested after High-Speed Multi-Town Chase [VIDEO]

MIDDLEBORO - A Dighton man is arrested after leading State and local police on a car chase at speeds of 100mph.

Massachusetts State Police say Barnstable Police tried to stop the 2017 Hyundai Sonata around 9:30 A.M. Monday in their town. The operator refused to stop, and the chase ensued, winding from Cape Cod to Middleboro, through Sandwich, Plymouth, Carver, and Lakeville.

The pursuit came to an end when the car came to a stop on the ramp from Route 44 West to Route 495 North after striking Lakeville and Middleboro Police cruisers. Police arrested the driver, 24-year-old Cary Guy of Dighton.

Guy faces numerous charges from State Police, and will likely be charged by local departments, as well. Guy is being arraigned in Wareham District Court today.
