Dartmouth’s Davoll’s General Store Thanks Snowplow Crews With Coffee During SouthCoast Storm
As many spent a snowy Sunday inside, occasionally shoveling to keep up with the falling flakes, a select group was busy on the roads, unable to enjoy a true snow day.
The plow trucks, Department of Public Works employees and more have been busy, and will continue to be for days, clearing the highways and residential streets of the SouthCoast.
Davoll's General Store in Dartmouth recognized the hard work of these local employees and decided to reward them with a kind gesture.
On Sunday, January 25, 2026, Davoll's offered treats and coffee for those passing by its location on Russells Mills Road.

To help make the roads more accessible for emergency vehicles (and a few choice radio personalities), crews have been hard at work.
Luckily, they have the kindness from places like Davoll's to keep them warm and caffeinated throughout the day.
