CW’s Supernatural To Feature Lizzie Borden

Seems Lizzie Borden is read hot right now. Fall River's most notorious resident is the subject of a Lifetime series, a biopic and now even an episode of Supernatural.

The CW's hit series is in its 11th season and is just now featuring an episode involving Lizzie Borden.

This Wednesday night at 9 p.m. the episode "Thin Lizzy" will feature main characters Dean and Sam Winchester investigating after people start turning up murdered in Fall River.

The hunters then come to town (sadly not really!) to track the ghost of Lizzie Borden and put a stop to the killing.

And though the show did not actually film in Fall River (bummer!), the manager of the Lizzie Borden Bed & Breakfast Museum, Lee-Ann Wilber, tells the Herald that the show did contact her about using the B&B's name. She says they also spent about $700 in merchandise from the gift shop for authenticity in the episode.

You can see them featuring Fall River on the small screen this Wednesday night on The CW.
