Clouds will tend to increase on on Saturday. Highs will be in the 70s with an onshore breeze. It does not look like a spectacular day, but it will not be horrible, either. There will be a 5-15 mph east breeze. We are keeping a very close eye on an offshore disturbance that could drift far enough north to bring thicker clouds and possibly showers to the South Coast on Sunday. Regardless of how close the rain gets, the wind will swing around to the east-northeast, and it will be unseasonably cool with highs only in the low to mid 70s. At this point, it looks like the best chance of showers is in the afternoon, but you should keep checking rightweather.com for the latest forecast because changes are possible given the fickle nature of the offshore system.

Looking ahead to next week, there should be a midweek warm-up that gets the temperature back into the mid 80s with some humidity. It may reach 90 away from the coast by midweek, but a cold front threatens the area with showers by late in the workweek.
