Brockton Welcoming Chick-fil-A

Chick-fil-A is coming to Brockton.

Some big news for chicken lovers in Brockton.  A new Chick-fil-A has been approved to open in the city.

The chicken giant is eyeing a location near the Westgate Mall...right across the street from Sunny's Car Wash.

The Chick- fil-A will seat up to 112, with 16 seats for "al fresco" dining, according to the site plans. The Chick-fil-A location would also feature an indoor play area and a drive-thru.

Other nearby Chick-fil-A locations are Hyannis and Seekonk.  When the Seekonk location opened last summer, the restaurant gave away free food to people dressed in any cow related clothing.  People also camped out in Seekonk to try to win free food for a year.
