Bristol Community College Opens Campus In Taunton

Good news if your thinking of attending Bristol Community College.

City officials from Taunton,The Commonwealth and the management of the Silver City Galleria have recently announced that Bristol Community College will be establishing a campus in a now vacant section of the mall.

The Fall River Herald newspaper reported that local and state officials have been working on getting this project off the ground for some time .

According to the news paper the community college signed a lease last week with the owners of the mall to move into a vacant ground-floor space. BCC hopes to open for classes in the Galleria next summer in a space that includes Old Navy clothing store among its previous tenants.
