Boston’s Dining in the Dark Is a Culinary Adventure Like No Other
Here me out: I might just have the most unique Valentine's Day date night idea.
If you’re looking for something different to do with your partner, or even friends and family, there's a trendy new dining experience that will heighten your senses as you'll be completely blindfolded throughout the dinner.
It's called Dining in the Dark, where every bite a whole new adventure.
It takes place at an Italian Restaurant in Somerville, Massachusetts called Premiere on Broadway and tickets are around $64 per person.
How Does It Work?
Here’s the deal: you’ll put on your blindfold, and suddenly, your taste and smell senses are on overdrive.
You’ll be dining in complete darkness.
With no distractions, you get to focus on what’s in front of you: a secret three-course meal that’ll keep you guessing with every bite.
Now, I don't know about you, but this sounds both enticing and nerve-racking at the same time – but that's all part of taking the leap of faith.
The menu includes an appetizer, main course and dessert, all crafted with fresh, seasonal ingredients. You can choose from three menus: the Red (meat), Blue (seafood) or Green (vegetarian).

What Else Should I Know?
The whole experience lasts about 90 minutes, and seating is planned ahead, so be sure to submit your seating preferences. Want to sit with other friends who are also there to experience eating blindfolded? You got it, just let them know.
It’s time to step out of your comfort zone this Valentine's Day and eat in the dark.
