Wallethub.com has made their annual list of the best and worst stores for Black Friday deals and this year Kohl's gets the top spot.

Kohl's average discount is a whopping 66.32% with JCPenney extremely close behind with an average discount of 66.30%

Other retail outlets with discounts around 50% are Sears with 50.1% and Macy's at 45.6%.

The stores with the worst Black Friday sales?

Bass Pro Shop is the bottom of the barrel with 20.8%, Ace Hardware at 21.5% and Costco with just 21.9%.
