When Does The Bedford by Martha Stewart Open?

We have known for almost a year now that Foxwoods was getting a new restaurant, but we hadn't been given an exact opening date. The Bedford By Martha Stewart is set to open on March 14, 2026.

Stewart is an icon when it comes to cooking and home décor, and many who have experienced her first Bedford restaurant say it's as if you are walking into her country farmhouse in Bedford, New York.

You don't even have to wait to make a reservation to be one of the first to experience it. The new restaurant is already taking reservations.

Signature Cocktails and Fan-Favorite Dishes

As far as what the menu looks like, The Bedford is promising many of Stewart's legendary dishes, such as Big Martha's Pierogies, which were inspired by Stewart's mother. Also on the menu: a Kurobuta Pork Chop, Classic Nicoise Salad, and even some signature cocktails such as the perfectly named Martha-tini and Martha-Rita.

Why This Is a Big Addition for Foxwoods

With Stewart at the helm, we have a feeling every detail will be absolutely perfect.

They will be open for breakfast and dinner seven days a week, and lunch on the weekends.

If you're like me and haven't been to Foxwoods in awhile, this new dining experience sounds like the perfect reason to plan a trip. I have a feeling that it may be a little difficult to get a table for the first few weeks, but I plan to get in on this experience soon.
