According to the D.A.'s office, Henriques was the alleged victim of the burglary and assault.

It is unclear if the fire is related to the burglary and assault charge.

Firefighters found the elderly woman dead inside her home shortly after putting out the blaze.

Her cause of death has yet to be released by the state Medical Examiner's Office.

The D.A.'s office stated that the fatal house fire at 30 Division St. was reported at around 1 a.m., but the cause of the blaze remains under investigation.

State police at the D.A.'s office worked with the state fire marshal's office and Attleboro Police on the burglary investigation, while Attleboro's fire department continue to investigate the fire.

No further information has been disclosed.
