ATTLEBORO — A 42-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of robbing and assaulting an elderly Attleboro woman who later died in a fire, according to the Bristol County District Attorney's Office.
Following a months-long investigation, Adam Rollins of Attleboro was arrested Sunday afternoon in Weymouth and is expected to be arraigned on a burglary with assault charge on Tuesday.
Judith Henriques was 80 years old when she lost her life in a fire at her Attleboro home on Nov. 18.
According to the D.A.'s office, Henriques was the alleged victim of the burglary and assault.
It is unclear if the fire is related to the burglary and assault charge.

The D.A.'s office stated that the fatal house fire at 30 Division St. was reported at around 1 a.m., but the cause of the blaze remains under investigation.
State police at the D.A.'s office worked with the state fire marshal's office and Attleboro Police on the burglary investigation, while Attleboro's fire department continue to investigate the fire.
No further information has been disclosed.
