The 42-year-old Attleboro man accused of robbing and assaulting an elderly city woman before she died in a house fire in November is now being charged with murder and arson in her death.

A 42-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of robbing and assaulting an elderly Attleboro woman who later died in a fire, according to the Bristol County District Attorney's Office.
