Anti-Bullying Author Will Return To New Bedford Voc-Tech For Students And The Public

is an 18-year-old freshman at New York University.   A few years ago she wrote a book called "Dorie Witt: A Guide to Surviving Bullies."  

This week, she spoke to a packed auditorium at Greater New Bedford Voc-Tech about her own experience in 8th grade.  She used that traumatic series of events, along with those of other students to write the book that has now been added to the curriculum at many schools here in Massachusetts, including GNBVT.

Brigitte will return to Voc-Tech on Friday, January 14th to give two more presentations.  One will be during the day for students, the other will be in the evening that will be open to anyone who would like to hear her speak.   If you'd like to find out more about Briditte Berman and her book, go to www.doriewitt.com
