Animal Cruelty Investigation In Westport

An animal cruelty investigation is currently underway in Westport.

A police department dispatcher told WBSM News that the Westport Police Department is conducting an investigation regarding possible animal cruelty at 465 American Legion Hwy.

Police say it will take at least two days before the investigation is completed.

At that time more information will be available for the public.
