If you are a fan of AJR, we have some great news.  The boy band is making a trip to East Providence this spring.  They are coming to the relatively new outdoor venue name Bold Point Park.  The waterfront arena offers a main stage, a Dunkin VIP area, and room for thousands to watch shows.  Bold Point hosted Halsey in their debut year, but has not had many pop-sounding acts since her show.  That will change this Spring when AJR arrives.

AJR, the platinum selling pop band and trio of brothers Adam, Jack, and Ryan from New York are on their Neotheater World Tour for Part 2.

The brothers released their independent debut Living Room back in 2013.  Since then, the brothers have steadily grown an international fan base using a mix of touring and social media. By 2019 they have had RIAA platinum certifications for singles such as "I'm Ready" and "Weak". In less than two years they had upwards of 1 billion streams worldwide and 120 million views for their full-length album The Click.

It's clear to see that the group has grown since the 2013 release and continue to grow with the release of "Neotheater". The album tells more of their stories with their method of writing being "what doesn't kill you doesn't always make you stronger. But what doesn't kill you always makes you more interesting."

The trio will be performing live at Bold Point Park in East Providence on Saturday, May 16, 2020. Tickets will be going on sale on November 22 at 10 AM starting at $44.50. For more information and to purchase tickets visit waterfrontconcerts.com.
