107-Year Old Patriots Fan Received A Birthday Present From Robert Kraft

Sadie Snyder, a 107-yeard old New England Patriots fan received an incredible gift on her Birthday!

According to Patriots.com, Snyder was surprised by Patriots Owner Robert Kraft when he heard about her wish to meet him... Wish granted.

She has been a Boston Native her entire life and has been a fan of the Patriots since literally day one! Kraft alerted the rest of the team to standby for a tablet video conference with Snyder where they sang Happy Birthday to her.

As for the cherry topping on the cake... Snyder also received her very own customized #107 New England Patriots Jersey as a personal birthday gift from Kraft.

Kraft made his final wishes of good health and wellness, said Goodbye and was on his way again.
