I have always wanted to go ziplining and luckily there is a road trip worthy outdoor adventure in Charlemont, Massachusetts.

The Deerfield Valley Canopy Tours offers 3-hour tours of the Northern Berkshires, during which you cross 11 ziplines, 2 sky bridges and 3 rappels. And you get some awesome views of the mountains!

And if you, like me, have never been ziplining before...they run you through it all.

You are taught how to glide and brake, you get a helmet and always have your harness triple checked and there are two guides with every group, so you'll always get the attention you may need.
