How the Flight Came to Life

Heather Ferreira has been slinging drinks at Top Shelf Bar and Grille in New Bedford for the past nine years. Working behind a busy bar for that many years, Ferreira knows what her regulars like and what new customers will want.

“We’re known for our flights,” she said. “We have espresso martini flights and we’ll change up the flavors every once in a while, people love them.”

Cheers to Love

Ferreira began brainstorming on what the restaurant could do for Valentine’s Day, and it was a no-brainer to take full advantage of their flight boards.

Introducing the Valentine’s Day Flight, complete with three crafted martinis. The Raspberry Cosmo, the White Chocolate Raspberry, and the Strawberry Lemon Drop equate to one-and-half martinis and offer diverse flavors with each crafted cocktail.

I'm falling in love already.

It’s the perfect celebratory flight for a meaningful date night or a night out with friends.

Ferreira said to keep an eye out for Valentine's Day specials on their food menu that will pair nicely with their flights.

However you choose to celebrate Valentine’s Day this year, just know that you can always drink about it. Just do it responsibly.
