Tiverton Casino On Track To Open This Year

It will be the closest casino to the Southcoast. The Tiverton Casino Hotel is scheduled to open later this year.

As construction continues on the new Twin Rivers owned property, efforts are underway to have the new casino open 24 hours a day, ABC 6 reports that in addition to keeping the doors open all hours of the day and night, the company is seeking to serve liquor until 2 a.m.on weekends and holidays. that would be similar to the way the Lincoln Twin Rivers casino operates. Approval won be given until after a public hearing on the matter later this month.

According to their website, the Tiverton Casino Hotel will feature 32 table games and up to 1,000 slots. There'll also be a full service restaurant as well as express food locations. the casino hotel also has plans for a nightclub that will offer live entertainment. Attached to the casino will be an 84-room hotel.

The new casino and hotel will be located just off Route 24 in the town of Tiverton.
