It's almost surprising this hasn't happened sooner, given the fact that the Samuel Adams brand is synonymous with the city of Boston.  It's been announced that Samuel Adams is now the "official beer of the Boston Red Sox."

Until this week, Budweiser has been the beer featured at Fenway Park, as evident by the huge sign at the stadium.  According to samueladams.com, there will two Sam Adams bar areas at the ballpark.  The right field roof deck will become the "Sam Deck," and "Sammy's on Third" will be a bar beneath the third base stands.

Samuel Adams Boston Lager has been brewed since 1984.  According to the website, the company plans to debut a new beer in 2018.  Sam '76 is expected to hit the streets in time for opening day next spring.
