It goes without saying that diving into a new week can sometimes be a little tough mentally.

As we grow older, the weekends fly by and Monday is back before we know it. Thankfully, a school out of Healdsburg, California, is truly making a difference in a world full of negativity.

Elementary school children have put together their very own kindergarten hotline called Peptoc, which recently went viral around the country, receiving tens of thousands of calls per day.

All you have to do is dial 707-998-8410 and listen to the prompts. There are a few different ones to choose from, depending on the inspiration you're searching for.

Need an excuse to smile? Just select No. 4, a compilation of children laughing. It's the perfect dose of serotonin.

According to NPR, the app was launched on Feb. 26 and is becoming more popular by the day. However, this little project is prompting large fees. In order to keep the service free for people who could use a bit of daily affirmation, the school has set up a donation link. Every penny given is another day the project stays toll-free.

Need some words of wisdom from kids? Give the pre-recorded hotline a ring. It just might be the pick-me-up needed to start the day off strong.
