It's all about the Luck of the Irish and hearty laughs as the annual St. Paddy's Day Comedy Show returns to Dartmouth.

For over 20 years, the Dartmouth Rotary Club has hosted a night full of fun. This year, the comedy night takes over Allendale Country Club, 1047 Allen St. Doors for the March 17 show open at 6 p.m. and the show starts at 7. Tickets are $25 each.

What started as a two-day fishing tournament in Padanaram to raise money for the Rotary Club has evolved into a fun night out with friends and family featuring three local comedians: Tom Stewart, Roman Pierce and headliner Rockin' Joe Hebert.

Before the show begins, feel free to grab dinner at 'The Dale', Allendale's restaurant.

Proceeds will support local charities via the Rotary Club. Last year, the club raised $5,325.

Raffles, a 50/50 drawing and silent auctions will take place throughout the night, with winners chosen after the show. The event is for people 21 and older.

Anyone interested in buying tickets can reach out to Rotary Club President Moe Lemieux at Jumpingcups@aol.com.
