The 2013 Red Sox World Series Championship Trophy Comes To New Bedford And Fall River [VIDEO]

I missed it 2004 and 2007, so there was no way I was going to miss it a third time. The 2013 Red Sox World Series Championship Trophy made a visit through the Southcoast today, stopping at Fall River and at New Bedford City Hall.

I just happen to be going through the Downtown area with my son when I looked down William Street and saw that the line wasn't that long. Perfect. I parked quickly and saw the vehicle that carried the World Series trophy right in front of New Bedford City Hall.

Everyone in line were like kids in a candy store. We were anxious and craning our necks to see the prize won in October. What a rush! I'm glad I was able to have my son with me for this moment. Hopefully when he grows up, he'll be a Boston fan too.
