TF Green Adds Nonstop Flights to the Dominican Republic
Travel is getting faster and easier with new flights from T.F. Green airport.
Another new flight is being offered at T.F. Green in Warwick.
Now you can fly nonstop to the Dominican Republic aboard Sun Country Airlines.
The Rhode Island Airport Corporation (RIAC) announced the new international flights today and say they have been working for a while to secure this route.
Makes sense if you ask me, there is a large population of Dominicans in Rhode Island and making it easier for them to travel to see family is pretty great news.
Great for everyone who wants a sweet Dominican vacation without hopping planes too.
These direct flights will be seasonal and are expected to run from November through April.
Perfect for winter getaways.
The first of these flights will be November 16, 2019 and from there they'll offer flights once a week on Saturdays. That bumps up to two flights per week (Wednesdays and Saturday) on December 25.
These new flights to the Dominican are just some of the dozens of new flights T.F. Green airport has added recently, including direct flights to Las Vegas, Nashville and even Ireland.
Who knows what they'll be adding next, but it's sure to make your cross country and international travel plans a lot more convenient.
