The hottest recording artist on the planet is celebrating her birthday today.

Taylor Swift turns 33.

While Taylor wrote a song about turning 22, we haven't yet heard anything about a follow-up song -- yet.  We can hear the chorus, though.

"You don't know about me, but I'm turnin' thirty-three!"

Whether you love her, hate her or are neutral about her, there's no denying that tickets to Taylor's Eras tour are borderline nonsense to obtain. There have been a lot of popular shows from some pretty big artists, but we don't recall another artist who literally crashed the Ticketmaster system and caused talk of a congressional hearing.

That's when you know you are a pretty significant artist.

We've been promising Taylor Swift tickets on the star's birthday for some time, and we came through for a lucky preschool teacher Tuesday.  Rosa Delarosa from New Bedford was minding her own business, playing with the kids at Little People's College in Acushnet.

That's when Gazelle showed up and knocked on the door.

"I've got Michael and Maddie on the phone," Gazelle said to Delarosa. Then, directing his words to Maddie and me in the studio, he said, "Trust me, she's going to want to talk with us."

He was right. Delarosa was stunned to hear that she had won tickets to one of Taylor's three shows at Gillette in 2023 and said that she looked forward to surprising her 18-year-old daughter with the news.

If you didn't win any of the Taylor Swift tickets, fear not. Fun 107 still has stacks of them to give away right up until her shows at Gillette Stadium.

A big thank you to Alexandra's Boutique for sponsoring Tay Day here at Fun 107.
