Summer Sound Series 2017 Week 1: Hipshot Band

The Hipshot Band will be playing tonight, July 7th, at the Summer Sound Series 2017. Tonight's performance is free on the New Bedford pier from 6-8pm.

The band is based in Boston and serves the tri-state area including Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Vermont, New York, Maine & Connecticut. The band includes many talented members including horns, a guitarist, bassist, a keyboardist, a drummer, and both male and female vocals.

Hipshot is known for their upbeat tunes and energizing music. They specialize in a variety of music which includes but is not limited to disco, soul, country, jazz, swing, 80's favorites, and even top 40 hits.
