Should New Bedford Limit Yard Sales? [POLL]

Last week on the FUN 107 Morning Show, I mentioned that I had never shopped at a yard sale.   Didn't want to buy things I don't need,  just because they are cheap. I also noticed that some homes seem to have a yard sale every weekend.   I feel sorry for the neighbors.  Now,  New Bedford City Councilors are considering a new law that would limit the number of yard sales allowed per home.

Those wanting to have a yard sale would have to apply online for a permit.   Some feel this American tradition has gotten out of hand, as in some cases, people are holding perpetual sales, offering merchandise actually purchased on eBay.   How do you feel about limiting the number of yard sales?  We'd like to know.
