Shaw’s Supermarket To Close Six Locations

Shaw's Supermarket has announced it will close 6 of its locations. The stores to close will be in Taunton, Fall River, and Fairhaven.

While the decision to close a store is always difficult — given the impact on associates and customers — it was made only after careful evaluation and was guided by what is best for the company’s ongoing success and future growth,” Shaw’s spokesman Steve Sylven said in an email Monday night.

The stores will be closed by August 3rd.
