In the small town of Acushnet is a unique haunted house that does more than just spook.

On October 30th, from 6:00 PM - 9:30 PM, the Setera family will be holding their annual haunted yard walk through in their own backyard. This is a free event for all ages that will be held at 17 Myrtle Avenue in Acushnet.

The owners and creators of the event absolutely love Halloween. When the Setera's were children, they used to decorate the hallways of their tenement with spider webs for trick-or-treaters that would come through. Now, the hallways have turned into their very own backyard, as this event has become extremely popular to locals from Acushnet and surrounding areas.

There is no cost for the event, but donations are greatly appreciated. In the past, the donations have gone to the Miss New Bedford Scholarship Pageant, Team Noah, and towards the families mothers cancer bills. This year, the donations will be going directly to Team Noah.

If you want to get scared for free while helping out a great cause, go to Setera's Haunted Yard this Tuesday!
