Market Basket shoppers know that the holiday season is really underway when the customer service desks start getting decorated.

Another a season of festive desk fronts is going strong, with lots of creative and iconic displays throughout the supermarket chain's 94 New England locations.

Of course some go a little bigger and better than others each year, which is what makes the competition so fun. This year we think a local Market Basket might even have a chance to win.

In the past the Fall River and New Bedford have cracked the top ten list, but this season Plymouth might have a chance to win it all.

That's because they went full on igloo.

Yes, the customer service desk is currently under all that ice and penguins in one of the most decorated displays we've seen this year.

Other Market Basket locations have gone with Santa's workshop themes, gingerbread house themes, one is even Barbie themed, but the igloo is certainly among the most impressive displays.

Thanks to the Facebook page People of Market Basket, we've seen dozens of customer service desks all done up for the season.

And while some simply put up a few snowflakes and call it a day, others truly get into the decorating spirit and show off their stores skills in style.
