Rob Thomas Hopes for ‘Smooth’ Live Stream for Animals
Matchbox Twenty frontman Rob Thomas and his wife Marisol, who he sweetly calls Mari, will be hosting a charity live stream tonight called "Rock the House for Animals," raising money to help pets whose owners can't care for them due to COVID-19.
All monies raised will go directly to the Humane Society and their relentless efforts to help those with animals. The live stream is tonight at 7 p.m. ET on the Humane Society's Facebook and YouTube channel.
Rob will perform along with his friends Chris Daughtry and Gavin DeGraw. Rob says they'll be making history – sort of.
Oops, she did it again – but she says it was an accident.

And during this time of uncertainty, Megan Markle – who no longer is addressed as your Royal Highness, by the way – is doing something pretty cool while social distancing and in quarantine at home. Meghan is reaching out to random young women in the UK via Zoom who are currently job searching and giving them tips on everything from their resumés to how to head into an interview with confidence. Meghan herself has a new side hustle these days, she is the voice of Disney's new film Elephant.
