‘Real Housewives’ Legend Countess Luann Talks Bravo, Boys and Boston

From the time she premiered on our TV screens in 2018, Luann de Lesseps has captivated audiences and dominated the Bravoverse (the universe that encompasses everything and everyone Bravo-related).

Known fondly as Countess Luann, she spent 13 seasons starring on Real Housewives of New York. Currently Luann, alongside three fellow housewives, is looking for love in Mexico on the new Bravo show Love Hotel.

"First of all they [Bravo] call me up and say 'Hey Lu, we're doing a dating show, we'll send you away for three weeks and pay you and we're going to find you guys.' I said, good luck with that, I've been single for seven years," Luann said.

Nevertheless, she was up for the experience.

"It was great. They brought great guys around and I loved meeting the girls and living with them," Luann said. She said she enjoyed being the wingman for her fellow housewives.

Advice for Real Housewives of Rhode Island

Countess Luann grew up in Connecticut, about an hour from the Rhode Island border. The Ocean State will be featured in the latest addition to the Housewives franchise. Being a veteran to the cameras and attention, Luann shared her advice for Rhody housewives.

"God bless them," Luann said with a chuckle. "Be who you are and do not to try and keep up with the Joneses."

See Luann in Boston

This May, you can see Luann take the stage for her Countess Cabaret show in Boston.

"I love Boston!" Luann said. "I'm been doing cabaret since 2018" she adds. Her hit songs "Money Can't Buy You Class," "Chic C'est La Vie," "Girl Code," "Feelin’ Jovani" and "Marry F Kill" have tens of millions of streams.

Tickets are still available for the cabaret performance at the Boch Center Shubert Theatre. Countess Luann takes center stage Saturday, May 31 at 8 p.m.
