Plymouth Woman Arrested on Drug Charge in New Bedford
NEW BEDFORD - A Plymouth woman is arrested after police find drugs in her possession.
New Bedford Police say members of the Narcotics Division were conducting a routine operation near the South End on Thursday when they encountered the woman.
Police searched the woman and found a small amount of heroin in her possession.
Police arrested the woman, Jillian Evora, 31, of Plymouth. Evora is charged with possession of a Class A drug.
She was arrested at 7:21 p.m.
