
New Bedford Man Faces Driving and Drug Charges
NEW BEDFORD — Early Wednesday morning, officers saw a vehicle driving with a flat tire, and driving over a curb in the area of MacArthur Drive and Conway Street.
Further investigation revealed the driver was not licensed. He was also in possession of a small amount of cocaine.
Pedro Gonzalez, 26, of Cove St., New Bedford, was charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and possession of a class B substance.
The arrest was made at 2:55 a.m. Wednesday.
