New Bedford Man Arrested on Cocaine Charge
NEW BEDFORD — Police have arrested a New Bedford man after finding him in possession of drugs.
New Bedford Police Detectives observed two people acting suspiciously while in a parked vehicle in the area of 15 Bullard Street at around 10:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
Detectives searched the two occupants and found a small amount of cocaine and over $300 in cash in the possession of one of them.
Police arrested the man, Isaac Joel Rivera, 21, of 318A Smith Street, New Bedford, on a charge of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.
