Matt Rife Opens Bookings for Warren Haunted House Stay

Matt Rife is inviting you to stay at his haunted home. "As many of you know, last year my friend Elton and I had the opportunity to purchase Ed and Lorraine Warren's home and Occult Museum," Rife said.

Now, he's giving his fans a sneak peek at what they can expect on their upcoming stay at the Monroe, Connecticut attraction.

"This room is filled with hundreds of the world's most haunted objects," Rife said while walking into the Occult Museum, located on the property, steps from the Warren's home. He and business partner Elton Castee purchased the property in the summer of 2025 and since then have turned it into a hot spot for brave souls.

It's also the home to the infamous Annabelle, the supposedly haunted doll that inspired a series of films in The Conjuring cinematic universe.

"We've been booked out solid for nightly stays for a year straight now, but now we opened up nine more months of bookings that you can get online," Rife shared. However, if you want to spend the night it's gonna cost you.

A Breakdown of the Weekday vs. Weekend Rates

November through April dates have recently been added to HauntedWarrenHouse.com with rates starting at nearly $700 per night.

Monday through Wednesday: $666
Thursday and Sunday: $999
Friday and Saturday: $1,300

November dates have nearly sold out already, so if it's something you're eyeing, you should jump at the chance.

Even the New Owners Refuse to Sleep Inside

"I don't even like staying in the house. The house itself is terrifying," Rife said. "To have the haunted doll room, the Halloween room where the Warrens literally researched all of their famous cases and of course the upstairs where all the bedrooms are."
