Massachusetts Prices Have Fallen on These Groceries

Remember the days when you used to shop at the grocery store without getting punched in the face by inflation in every aisle?  I can't tell you how many times in the course of a grocery store run that I am in total disbelief by how expensive things have become.

There is a growing list of things that I simply won't buy anymore.  The cost of chips and Doritos have grown to incredible heights.  It's not unusual to see prices hovering around 6 or 7 dollars for a bag of chips!  "Well, I guess I'm not going to be eating chips anymore," I said to myself during the last grocery store trip.  I am just not willing to spend that kind of money on something like chips.  Heck, I shouldn't be eating them anyway!

I'm no fool.  I know prices will never fall to where they were a couple of short years ago.  But it's hard not to wonder what would happen if we all collectively gave the proverbial middle finger overpriced items.  If we ALL said no to overpaying for chips, then Lays would be forced to lower prices, right?

But surprisingly, not everything at grocery stores in the Northeast are going up.

Luckily, there are a FEW items on your shopping list that have prices that have actually dipped.  Have they fallen all the way down to 2020 levels?  Not quite, but they are heading in the right direction.
