Apparently trying to climb on top of the T and surf it is frowned upon in Boston.

29-year-old Justin Green was arrested by the transit police near the Quincy station on Monday afternoon, after telling the police that he had a 'God given right to do whatever he wants'. That is true, except when it's against the law and endangers you and others. That sort of thing isn't such a good idea.

According to WCVB, Green was seen by many people trying to hang onto the top of the train as it was pulling into the North Quincy station. Green, from South Boston, was attempting to 'train surf', but was arrested on a previous warrant for failure to attend jury service.
