Live with Kelly and Ryan had Kelly Ripa fulfilling a childhood dream this morning and I could not be more excited about this.

Why? Kelly and I are the same age and she also grew up going to dance class and performing in dance recitals her entire childhood. By the time I was graduating high school and my childhood dance school, the last solo dance number I performed was to Janet Jackson's "Pleasure Principle" from her Control album. Well, this is the song that Kelly danced to for not only all of her viewers to see but also for Janet to critique.

She first caught everyone's eye while in a dance class with Shakira's dance coach from the Super Bowl performance.

Here are Kelly and Ryan talking about Kelly's dancing skills.

American Idol returns for its third season on ABC Sunday night. Judges Katy Perry, Lionel Richie and Luke Bryan are also back, deciding which contestants get that Golden Ticket to Hollywood. They also shared all the mistakes contestants make during auditions – and the best way to impress them.

I think some of the best advice came from Katy when she said to just focus on your strengths and don't add dance to your song, just stand there and sing your heart out.

The Spirit Awards were earlier this week and J. Lo is still on cloud nine after the Super Bowl Halftime Show. She was asked again about what it means for her to be on stage with her daughter Emme.

And if Jennifer isn't busy enough, she is shifting lanes over to shoe design. She has created footwear exclusively for DSW, which is super exciting because it will be affordable for all us common folk.
