When it comes to horror movies, there is one franchise that stands out as a true trailblazer. Whether you watched the Friday the 13th films or not, Jason was a cultural phenomenon in the 1980s. Forty years later, Jason and his signature hockey mask are still iconic and still keeping teens and even some adults awake at night. But that is not stopping one local attraction from inviting the slasher to town.

Horror Icon Coming to Fall River

Kane Hodder, the man who played Jason Voorhees in multiple Friday the 13th films, is planning an appearance at Fall River’s Lizzie Borden House. It is obvious the Borden crew put a lot of thought into the visit, because they found just about every way possible to play up the number 13.

History, Hauntings, and Horror Collide

Tours will run throughout the day and night at the Lizzie Borden House, but there will only be 13 tours offered, and each tour will be capped at 13 guests. Tickets for the exclusive event will cost $113 per person.

The event is scheduled for Friday the 13th in March, bringing the franchise’s most famous date to Fall River's most infamous house.

Horror fans will get the chance to take part in an exclusive meet and greet inside the historic home. The Lizzie Borden House is billing the one night only event as a blend of horror pop culture and one of America’s most notorious true crime locations. Guests will also have the chance to take a picture with Kane Hodder if you dare.
