October means Halloween fun for the whole family. While it may be getting a little chilly, it doesn't mean that you can't still enjoy the outdoors. Ready for some Halloween fun on a slightly-spooky trail? The Dartmouth Natural Resources Trust invites you and your family to head out for the Annual Haunted Hike and spooky tales.

DNRT will host this event on Friday, October 18 from 6 to 8 pm. Families will meet at Smith Farm Reserve located on Smith Neck Road in Dartmouth. Guests will take a walk through the Smith Farm Reserve, which will be decorated for Halloween. After a stroll through the property, "Stand-up Chameleon" Jackson Gillman will gather everyone around the fire with a rollicking mix of participatory songs and spooky stories. This event is geared toward children ages 6-10.

It only costs $10 per carload.

"We've been doing the Haunted Hike for a number of years and it is easily one of our most popular events! It's great spooky fun for the whole family. We always have a great time and make sure not to make it too scary so all ages can enjoy!" - Kendra Murray, Development & Outreach Specialist for Dartmouth Natural Resources Trust (DNRT)

This is a very popular event and space is limited. Pre-registration is required. Sign up HERE. Please arrive at 15 min prior to the event start time so that the hike can begin promptly at 6 pm.
