With Toys R Us going out of business, many toy makers are feeling the affects and it's going to cost some Hasbro employees their jobs.

Hasbro sent a statement to NBC 10 to say that they are making organizational changes and some workers will be layed off.

There is no word on where the lay offs will occur and even though Hasbro is based in Pawtucket, Rhode Island they do have employees all over the world.

The plan is to evaluate all aspects of the business before making any changes and as they told NBC 10, the layoffs will impact "a single digit percentage" of their global workforce.

Toy makers and toy buyers could be relieved to know Toys R Us may not be completely gone just yet.

The plan could be to rebrand and relaunch the company in some way, shape or form but no concrete details on what that would mean or when that would happen have surfaced yet.
