Gronkowski Loft Could Soon Be Sold [PHOTOS]
A sweet penthouse loft in Boston owned by the Gronkowski family could soon be someone else's.
I'm guessing Rob Gronkowski's realtor had an inkling he would be retiring, because the former Patriots tight end has had a 2,063 square-foot loft linked to his family on the market for some time.
In fact the sale of this impressive pad is almost final.
Here's a look at what the new owner will get to enjoy.
According to the listing by Douglas Elliman Real Estate, this loft at 21 Wormwood St in the Seaport District boasts original brick and beam interior with an open dining/living room area.
Super gorgeous and the kitchen is even dreamier.
It's all custom built and that stove is a restaurant grade stainless Viking Stove with Dual Ovens plus a third Stainless Miele Oven and Subzero Fridge. Amazing!
Not to mention the spiral staircase.
I assume that is the way to get to your private rooftop balcony with stunning views of Boston.
And though the listing doesn't specifically say it was Gronkowski's loft, I think the artwork (aka framed jerseys) all over the walls make that pretty self explanatory.
And though every room has something unique about it, I think the bathroom's "squatty potty" is among the notable. Just a fun bit of Gronk information we probably didn't need to know.
The asking price for this loft was $2.375 million. And the sale is reportedly going to be finalized next week.
No word on how much the new owners actually paid, but if you ask me they are getting one amazing place to call home.
