The seller, John Kidd of Blackstone Ocean Properties, spoke to Boston Globe and described the builder as an “eccentric genius.”

“I’ve been selling real estate for 22 years, and it’s probably one of the most interesting houses I’ve been in,” he said.

The unique home has three stories and just when you think you’ve seen the most interesting part of it, there’s more.
