Gillette Is One of Two US Tour Stops for Taylor Swift
Taylor Swift must really like performing at Gillette Stadium. It'll be one of just two US tour stops she makes next summer.
The Lover album has dropped and now Taylor Swift is following it with an inevitable summer tour. But this time the tour is extremely small by Swift standards.
As Taylor tweeted earlier today, she wants to play festivals next summer and make tour stops where she has never played before.
And even though neither of those things are true for her Gillette Stadium stop, she will be playing there anyway.
There are just 12 shows in 10 cities around the world and Gillette Stadium will be home to two of the performances dubbed Lover Fest East.
Lover Fest West will be in Los Angeles the week before at Sofi Stadium.
The entire short-lived tour kicks off in Belgium at the end of June and wraps up in our own backyard on August 1st.
But just because a local stop is on the tour doesn't mean it'll be so easy for locals to get tickets.
Swift fans are dedicated to say the least. I am pretty darn sure traveling to Foxborough for Lover Fest East is going to be the goal of many a Swifty next summer.
And with only two US shows for all her US fans to choose from, prices for these tickets are probably going to skyrocket fast.
Taylor Swift Tix Verified Fans will get a presale opportunity too, eating up even more tickets before the general public gets their shot this Thursday, Sept. 19 at 4 p.m.
Good luck!
