"On behalf of Bristol-Plymouth Regional Technical High School, I would like to congratulate Business and Applied Technologies student Jaelynn McAuliffe for this outstanding accomplishment," Superintendent-Director Dr. Alexandre Magalhaes said.
"This award speaks to Jaelynn's commitment to her technical program and to her drive as a student and as a leader in the Bristol Plymouth community," Magalhaes said.
McAuliffe, a Business and Applied Technologies student, was among the top scorers in Massachusetts on the Microsoft Specialist Certification exam's Fall Qualifier.
During the competition, she placed first in the Microsoft Word – Office 2019 category, advancing to the national round.
