Dine Out and Support SouthCoast Kids With Food For Tots

Summertime is back on the SouthCoast, and that means the return of one of our favorite fundraisers for the Friends of Jack Foundation. Food For Tots returns today, and your family has a chance to help local kids just by eating out.

How Food For Tots Works

Here is how it works. Simply visit a participating Food For Tots restaurant today, Wednesday July 16, and order your favorite food and drinks. Twenty percent of your bill will automatically be donated to the Friends of Jack Foundation.

You do not need to show anything or mention the fundraiser. You just pay the same price you always would, and the restaurant donates a portion of your total.

Breakfast
Uncle Jon’s in both Marion and Mattapoisett is participating and offers coffee and baked goods all day.

Lunch
Tropical Smoothie Cafe in New Bedford is in. Try their wraps, bowls, and smoothies.
Kool Kone in Wareham has deals for both lunch and dinner.

Dinner
Cork Wine and Tapas on New Bedford’s waterfront serves seafood and contemporary American cuisine. Do not skip the charcuterie board.
Bocca in Fairhaven offers delicious pizza, Italian, and seafood dishes.

Dessert
If you missed them earlier, you can always swing by Kool Kone for ice cream.
