Five Local Museums Included in Bank of America’s ‘Museums on Us’
SouthCoast residents who have a Bank of America credit card or debit card can now access five local museums for free through Bank of America's “Museums On Us” promotion.
The promotion allows cardholders to visit 225 cultural institutions around the country for free during the first full weekend of every month. This is for one general-admission ticket per cardholder only, and “excludes special exhibits that require a separate ticket.”
Local participating museums include:
- Providence Children’s Museum
- New Bedford Whaling Museum
- International Tennis Hall of Fame in Newport
- John F Kennedy Hyannis Museum
- RISD Museum in Providence
To access this offer, simply present your active Bank of America, Merrill, or Bank of America Private Bank (U.S. Trust) credit or debit card with a photo ID when you arrive at the participating institution. There is no need to make an online reservation. “The #MuseumsOnUs benefit is also open to Bank of America employees. Present your current and valid Corporate ID or proof of employment and a valid photo ID and receive one free general admission, for the employee only.”
The next "Museums on Us” weekend is Saturday, February 6, and Sunday, February 7. We recommend that you check the operating hours of each location before you make a plan to visit.
